孕妇要多运动哦!有条件的话,游泳最好,不然就散散步。游泳可以消除水肿。与其瞎担心生产的痛楚,不如付以行动来多做运动。或者进行胎教,告诉宝宝自己也要努力地出生,动作要快,别让妈咪痛太久。我的经验确实是挺有效果的。
